Contents of issue #33 July 1998 UK5.00 78pp
Articles, interviews and reviews. No stories. Articles include British crime fiction set in Europe, crime writers in Balliol - Oxford, "unknown" writers such as Leo Bruce and J. Storer Clouston, the Tangled Web site, biblio-mysteries, and crime writers as writer's of children's fiction (in this case Jane Langton)

Comment: CADs covers contemporary crime writing in its reviews and some articles, but it is one of the best sources of information on British and American writers of the detective story, especially "forgotten" authors. Reviewers and writers for CADS take their mysteries seriously, but I have always enjoyed CADS for its underlying sense that mystery reading and collecting is fun.
